RegPep26 Abstract Submission

Researchers attending RegPep26 are invited to submit an abstract for consideration as an oral or poster presentation.

Required file format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
The presenting author must complete the corresponding RegPep26 registration process.
Before submitting
Please download and use the official RegPep26 abstract template. Abstracts prepared in a different format may be returned for correction.
Abstracts should:
- Be written in English.
- Contain no more than 300 words, excluding the title, authors, affiliations and funding statement.
- Present a clear objective, methods, principal results and conclusions.
- Include concrete results. Statements such as “results will be presented” should be avoided.
- Not contain tables, figures or references.
- List all authors and affiliations exactly as they should appear in the meeting programme and abstract book.
- Be approved by all co-authors before submission.
The Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format. Authors who request an oral presentation may be offered a poster presentation.
ECR Award applicants
ECR Award applicants must be predoctoral researchers or postdoctoral fellows within 10 years of completing their doctoral degree. Applicants must be both the first author and presenting author of the submitted abstract.
Submission of an abstract does not guarantee selection for an ECR Award. Award recipients will be announced no later than November 30, 2026.
