Registration for RegPep26 is now open.

Please note that international participants and participants based in China have different registration and payment procedures.

International participants (USD packages)

Will be collected through IRPS-Maryland PayPal account

(deadline Oct 31, 2026)

  1. General international delegates registration fee: $1000 US, which includes $300 for conference organization contribution and $700 for accommodation (5 nights in a 5-stars hotel, food, coffee breaks and reception cost included). 
  2. International speakers’ registration fee: $700 US.
  3. ECRs (pre-doctorates and post doctorates within 10 years of graduation): $650 US, of which $150 as conference organization contribution and $500 for accommodation (5 nights in a 5-stars hotel shared room, food, coffee breaks and reception cost included). 
  4. ECRs award applicant: $150 US plus a first author abstract submission.
  5. Spouse/companion delegate: USD 300 registration fee. Accommodation is shared with the registered participant whose package includes lodging.
  6. Spouse/companion (non-delegate): Free of charge. Accommodation is shared with the registered participant whose package includes lodging.
  7. Virtual participation: $100 US

China domestic participants (CNY packages)

Registration for domestic participants is handled locally through Liberty Arc Service Co., Ltd. 

  1. General delegate registration fee: 2,500 CNY, collected by Liberty Arc Service Co., Ltd.
  2. Speaker registration fee: 1,500 CNY, collected by Liberty Arc Service Co., Ltd.
  3. Early Career Researcher (ECR) registration fee (pre-doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows within 10 years of graduation): 1,000 CNY. Students affiliated with Peking University (PKU) are exempt from the registration fee.
  4. ECR Award application: (pre-doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows within 10 years of graduation). Applicants should first complete the 1,000 CNY registration and submit a first-author abstract together with a copy of the registration receipt to secretariat@irps-regpep.org by October 31, 2026. The list of award recipients, whose award includes the accommodation package at the conference venue, will be announced no later than November 30, 2026.
  5. Accommodation: Accommodation reservations for all domestic delegates (except ECR Award recipients) should be made directly with Fragrant Hill Hotel so that delegates can obtain the corresponding fapiao (official tax invoice). Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: Cancellations made by November 15, 2026, will receive full refund minus 5% of administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 15th, 2026.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, we will refund registration fees minus 5% administrative fee.
