Registration Policy
Registration for RegPep26 is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Registration fees include participation in the scientific program, conference materials, scheduled meals, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception. Categories including accommodation also cover six nights at the Fragrant Hill Hotel (March 22–28, 2027).
IRPS member and ECR rates are available to eligible participants. Shared-room rates are based on two delegates sharing a room with two queen beds; roommate preferences may be submitted through the matching portal opening in November 2026.
Registration is personal and may not be transferred without prior approval from the Organizing Committee. Participants requiring changes or cancellation should contact the RegPep26 Organizing Committee as early as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to the cancellation policy and any non-refundable costs already incurred by the meeting.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the scientific program when necessary.
Please note that international participants and participants based in China have different registration and payment procedures.
Cancellation policy:
Refunds: Cancellations made by November 15, 2026, will receive full refund minus 5% of administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 15th, 2026.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, we will refund registration fees minus 5% administrative fee.
