Registration fee for all conference participants includes:
- abstract submission
- welcome reception
- printed program and abstract book of RegPep Meeting
- participation in all scientific sessions
- access code for video streaming of all the conference sessions during the meeting and 3 months after

Reduced registration fee
40% of discount applies either if: 1) you currently work in a country listed in the categories II, III or IV accordingly to the World Bank country classifications (see below) or 2) you are only attending virtually to the meeting.

* Applicants for contributed talks, Datablitz presentations or travel awards (free accommodation), must register before Early Bird deadline.
** Guests are welcome to join the welcome reception and lunch but are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. The fee includes admission to the resort areas and receiving the name badge.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Meeting registration fees will be refunded (less 11% of PayPal processing fees) if the RegPep-LOC receives written notice to regpep2020@unam.mx before August 1st, 2021.

Payment options

PayPal is the recommended means of payment. Payments are considered safe given that their system uses the highest level of encryption available.
This method will allow us receiving the information about your payment immediately and is also the cheapest mean of payment, as you will be charged only for the registration and/or membership fees (the Local organizing committe will cover the 5% transaction fee charged by PayPal).
